Minca is a small colombian village in the northern part of the Sierra Nevada. It’s know for its organic coffee farms, and the beauty of its surroundings of jungle. During a week we took a small break off the bikes and went there to meet some friends that were travelling in Colombia. We explored the few waterfalls around, visited a coffee farm and enjoyed the birds sounds in the morning.
